When you use a form on this site we collect the details you provide so we can respond to your enquiry, prepare your brief, and deliver services you order.
Voice input and transcription
Voice input uses browser speech recognition where available. Where it is not supported, a short recording may be sent to our transcription provider to convert it to text. Only text you review and confirm is stored.
AI-assisted brief processing
Confirmed transcripts may be sent to an AI provider to pre-fill a structured brief. Suggestions remain editable and no automated decision is made about you.
Analytics and third-party services
Hosting, analytics, transcription, AI brief processing, payment, and email delivery may be provided by processors acting on our instructions. No personal data is sold for advertising.
Retention, access, correction, and deletion
Enquiry and brief data is kept while useful for the project and for a reasonable period afterward. Contact hello@keen.kiwi to request access, correction, or deletion.
