Scope and acceptance
Plans are fixed-scope as described in the accepted quote. Work outside that scope is quoted before it begins.
Prices, GST, and payments
Prices are in New Zealand dollars. GST treatment, deposit, milestones, due dates, and recurring charges must be confirmed in the issued quote.
Client-provided content and approvals
Clients confirm they have the right to use supplied text, images, and data and that their business information is accurate.
Revisions, launch, and ongoing care
The issued quote defines included revision rounds, launch approval, hosting, maintenance, and separately quoted changes.
Ownership and third-party services
The issued quote defines ownership after payment, reusable tooling, domain and business-data ownership, exports, and third-party provider terms.
Cancellation, refunds, and handover
The published commercial terms must define notice periods, completed work, non-refundable third-party costs, service end dates, exports, and handover.
Liability and governing law
Final liability wording, governing law, and forum must be set in Legal & commercial settings and legally reviewed.
